After receiving the request, our engineering team sends technical specification verification and price offer within 24 hours. After approval, the manufacturing / supply process begins; You will be notified at every stage.
02How long does it take to deliver from stock?
Same day shipping for stock items / delivery within 24 hours. Average 14 working days for custom manufacturing products; For complex assemblies, the deadline is determined on a project-by-project basis.
03Do you ship abroad?
Yes — we have regular export references to 72 countries. We provide one-stop delivery including CE certified manufacturing, customs documentation and logistics tracking.
04What are the warranty terms?
24 months production warranty on all our hydraulic cylinder and power unit manufacturing. Brand warranty periods are valid for spare parts and accessories. The post-service labor warranty is 12 months.
