Yes. We also meet one-time service requests without a contract. In the long run, contract customers experience a 20–35% cost advantage.

We are an authorized or authorized-equivalent service provider for 40+ brands, especially Parker, Bosch Rexroth, Hawe, Eaton, Vickers, Atos, Yuken.
What is your after-service warranty period?
Labor 24 months; The replaced original part is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (usually 12 months).
How long does it take for field intervention to begin?
For contracted customers, we have a commitment to be on site within 4 hours in case of critical line failure. For non-contracted calls, 8 during working hours and 12 hours outside working hours are the average.
