Do you only provide design services, is manufacturing mandatory?
No, it is not mandatory. We also only deliver design files; The customer can take it to the manufacturer he wants.
Who owns the intellectual property of the design file?
When the design fee is paid in full, the intellectual property passes to the customer. Hydroport reserves the right of reference and publicity (anonymised).
How long does it take to deliver?
Concept phase 5–10 working days, detailed engineering between 3–6 weeks depending on the project size.
Can you analyze our current line and suggest improvements?
Yes — we do field survey + reporting within the scope of consultancy service.
