Frequently asked questions.
Is it necessary to stop the machine while flushing?
No in most systems; Online cleaning is possible via the bypass circuit. During new line commissioning flushing, the machine is already off.
Is flushing sufficient instead of renewing the oil?
Yes, if the fatty acid number (TAN) has not exceeded the critical threshold and the viscosity is within the normal range. Otherwise, oil change first and then flushing is recommended.
What standard is the certificate prepared in?
ISO 4406:2021 particle class + ISO 11500 water content + ASTM D445 viscosity — in one report.
